Join Anna Raupp for a special Wellness Wednesday talk exploring the unseen arc of the motherhood journey. Drawing from her work with MotherCircle—an 8-week course that guides women through eight domains of motherhood—Anna will share insights into the life stages, body changes, ancestral inheritance, and evolving sense of work and worth that shape this profound experience. She’ll offer insight into the culture of embodied wisdom, mentoring, and camaraderie that circles help restore among women.
This is a one-time presentation, offering inspiration and perspective for mothers and those who support them. An opportunity to sign up for Anna’s upcoming 8-week MotherCircle course will be available, and more information can be found on her website at annaraupp.com.
After, we’ll have an hour of Barre Yoga led by Lisa Nordstrom. As always, free soup and bread will be provided, and all are welcome!

Pickleball is a paddleball sport that combines elements of badminton, table tennis, and tennis. Two or four players use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a ball over a net. The sport shares features of other racquet sports: the dimensions and layout of a badminton court, and a net and rules somewhat similar to tennis, with several modifications. Pickleball was invented in the mid 1960s as a children's backyard game.
