Comments are due this month on a new salmon management plan for the federal waters of Cook Inlet; and the 22nd annual Salmon Celebration took place Wednesday at Johnson Lake in Kasilof. Almost 1,000 elementary schoolers came to learn about salmon and fill the lake with juvenile trout.
