The Alaska Board of Education and Early Development released a draft statewide cell phone policy during their meeting today. Kodiak is joining a growing list of school districts across Alaska considering closing a school. Within hours of returning to the country’s highest office Monday, President Donald Trump formalized his support for the $44 billion Alaska LNG Project. More than 50 people gathered in Homer Saturday for the annual “Women’s March on Homer.”
