The Kachemak Bay Family Planning Clinic received a grant from Alaska Run for Women to support their breast health outreach, which was impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic; and a Soldotna man threatened to shoot a family member with a gun and barricaded himself in a home early Sunday morning, according to Alaska State Troopers.
