The Kenai Peninsula Borough Assembly adjusted its agenda Tuesday night before voting on community grants, service area proposals and a series of code changes, and the Ninilchik Rodeo and beach horse races took place at the Ninilchik Fairgrounds on July 5 and 6 last weekend.
