On this morning's  The Coffee Table, learn about the latest from Kenai Peninsula College’s Showcase Series: A Changing Kenai Peninsula, Climate Change’s Possible Impact on the Future of Hunting and Fishing.

It’s a conversation between local sport and charter fishers and scientists from Cook Inletkeeper and University of Alaska, Fairbanks.

Author, Dave Atcheson, the Showcase Series Coordinator, Sue Mauger, Science and Executive Director at Cook Inletkeeper and Eric Schoen, research scientist at University of Alaska Fairbanks, preview the virtual event on this episode of Coffee Table.

The discussions take place Wednesday, December 2 and Wedensday, December 9, at 6 p.m. on Zoom.

Kathleen Gustafson came to Homer in 1999 and has been involved with KBBI since 2002. She is the producer and host of the weekly public affairs call-in show, Coffee Table and produces special projects for the station. Kathleen is also the Director of Youth Theater at Pier One Theatre in Homer and a commercial fisher.
