Bingo hosted by the Homer Emblem Club #350. Must be 19 years old to play by Alaska State law.

We play 10 bingo games and give out door prizes.
There are hot dogs, soda and chips available for purchase.

Have you seen the more than 100 pink flags flying around Homer and Anchor Point? They honor those who have experienced breast cancer and remind us that early detection - such as clinical breast exams and mammograms - saves lives.
Local businesses and individuals are sponsoring the flags to support access to breast cancer screening at KBFPC which provides reproductive healthcare regardless of ability to pay. If one of our volunteers missed you, please call KBFPC to find out about sponsorship.

Registration is open NOW for all skating programs at the Kevin Bell Arena.
We have programs for all -- from toddlers to adults, youth hockey teams, learn to skate, men's/women's, figure skating, curling and broomball.

Join us Sat. Oct. 4, 11 am - 3:30 pm, for our annual opening day activities, where everything is free.

Programs begin the week of Oct. 6.

This is an open time to come walk or run indoors and not have to worry about the conditions outside. We will have background music playing over the speakers. Come get your stroll on!

Open to adults & teens (12+) Tues-Fri from 8:30-9:30am and Tues-Fri from 11:45am-12:45pm. Cost is $4.00 per session. (It is also okay to bring a child in a stroller to walk)

ALL SKILL LEVELS ARE WELCOME! Price of class is $6 for adults and $4 for students/military/veterans/seniors 62+.

Classes are available for adults and teens (12+) on Tues/Thurs/Fri from 9:30-11:30am, Tuesdays from 6:45-8:45pm, & Sundays from 10am-1pm.

Pickleball is a paddleball sport that combines elements of badminton, table tennis, and tennis. Two or four players use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a ball over a net. The sport shares features of other racquet sports: the dimensions and layout of a badminton court, and a net and rules somewhat similar to tennis, with several modifications. Pickleball was invented in the mid 1960s as a children's backyard game.

This educational program is designed for children ages 2-5 and focuses on the marine sciences. It will include story time, crafts, and early learning centered activities. Each month will have a new theme.

Chilkat weaver Laine Rinehart and Fairbanks-based printmaker Ethan Kayaaní Lauesen exhibit and are in residence at Bunnell Street Arts Center during the month of October. Exhibit opens on First Friday, October 3rd from 5-7pm with artist talks at 6pm and will be installed for the month.
