This is an open time to come walk or run indoors and not have to worry about the conditions outside. We will have background music playing over the speakers. Come get your stroll on!

Open to adults & teens (12+) Tues-Fri from 8:30-9:30am and Tues-Fri from 11:45am-12:45pm. Cost is $4.00 per session. (It is also okay to bring a child in a stroller to walk) *We will be CLOSED ON MONDAYS for the summer!*

Our pickleball classes are open to adults and teens (12+) on Tues/Thurs/Fri from 9:45-11:45am, Tues/Thurs/Sat from 6-8pm & Sundays from 10am-1pm. The price is $6 for adults and $4 for youth/students/military/veterans/seniors 62+. ALL SKILL LEVELS ARE WELCOME!

Pickleball is a paddleball sport that combines elements of badminton, table tennis, and tennis. Two or four players use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a ball over a net. The sport shares features of other racquet sports: the dimensions and layout of a badminton court, and a net and rules somewhat similar to tennis, with several modifications. Pickleball was invented in the mid 1960s as a children's backyard game.

We're excited to offer this NEW Chair Mobility & Stretching w/ Maria class to our schedule! This class will be 30-min long on Tuesdays & Fridays from 12:45-1:15pm and the cost is $2 to Maria.

"Chair Yoga" is a gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair. Chair yoga classes typically target those with physical disabilities or aging men/women who find a typical yoga session too challenging. It is also a great form of yoga for beginners or anyone who wants to focus on a gentle practice.

Homer, AK - Bunnell Arts by Air presents Chris Needham at Bunnell and broadcast live on KBBI AM 890 Friday, June 20, 2025 at 7pm. Join our live studio audience! In-person audiences must be seated at 6:45pm.
Chris Needham is a Homer, Alaska singer‑songwriter known for his resonant voice, casual intensity, and clear storytelling. Armed with a semi‑hollow electric guitar and a looping pedal, he layers rhythm and melody to give both original songs and familiar folk‑rock favorites a fresh, hometown feel. His shows play like relaxed conversations: a few chords, a true tale, and a chorus everyone can sing along with. He’s as quick with a gear tip or a joke as with a tune.

Beginning as a Covid-relief program in 2020 to support musicians and community at a time when concerts and gatherings were not possible, Bunnell Arts by Air features Alaska and visiting musicians, and is partially funded by the Alaska State Council on the Arts Community Arts Development grant and a TourWest grant from Creative West (formerly WESTAF - Western States Arts Federation).

This is an open playgroup for parents/guardians to bring their young ones* to a great big open space and let them run around and play. Bring your own (clean) toys or play with what SPARC has provided (no pedal bikes w/ brakes allowed at this time, only strider bikes & scooters). This class is available Wednesdays & Saturdays from 10-11:30am throughout the summer (unless a special event interferes). Cost is $4.00 per child.

* This means toddlers not in kindergarten, or not of school-age yet (~5 yrs. old & younger) -- older siblings are allowed but need to be careful of the littles!
