Registration is open NOW for all skating programs at the Kevin Bell Arena.
We have programs for all -- from toddlers to adults, youth hockey teams, learn to skate, men's/women's, figure skating, curling and broomball.

Come learn and practice the process of making pigment from rocks and blue mussel shells harvested from Kachemak Bay. On Saturday, October 4, at 10 am, join artists and naturalist Karen Murphy at the Kachemak Bay campus to learn how to use those dry pigments to create watercolor pans/shells. $89, supplies included. SKELETON SCAVENGER HUNT FOR THE KIDS

Join the Anchor Point Food Pantry for Frontier Days this Saturday, October 4! Enjoy a community dinner from 4–6 PM, followed by silent and dessert auctions at 6. Families can come early for free games and a petting zoo from 3–5. Every dollar raised will be doubled thanks to a $3,500 matching challenge. All proceeds support the Anchor Point Food Pantry programs.

When hunger weighs heavily, it’s hard to focus, hard to thrive, and hard to stay well. At the Anchor Point Food Pantry, we meet that need with empathy, respect, and cheerful hearts—because no one should have to face hunger alone. We provide a weekly food line and meals, monthly TEFAP commodities, holiday food boxes, summer produce, hungry kids' weekend meal packs and a kids' summer lunch bag program.

Gouache Painting Workshop with Homer artist Oceana Wills in the HCOA Studio Saturday, October 4th from 5:00-8:30pm.

Join Oceana for an introduction to gouache painting. Participants will choose an animal subject to paint on a 5×7 clayboard panel. Through layering and etching, participants will learn techniques to bring out texture details such as fur, feathers, and scales on the panel surface.

All supplies will be provided, however participants are encouraged to bring their own palettes and other supplies they may have.
