Have you seen the more than 100 pink flags flying around Homer and Anchor Point? They honor those who have experienced breast cancer and remind us that early detection - such as clinical breast exams and mammograms - saves lives.Local businesses and individuals are sponsoring the flags to support access to breast cancer screening at KBFPC which provides reproductive healthcare regardless of ability to pay. If one of our volunteers missed you, please call KBFPC to find out about sponsorship.

"Chair Yoga" is a gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair. Chair yoga classes typically target those with physical disabilities or aging men/women who find a typical yoga session too challenging. It is also a great form of yoga for beginners or anyone who wants to focus on a gentle practice.
