Fundraiser to Ptarmigan arts Scholarship fund. Artists have 1 hour to do and complete a piece of art. After the 1 hour the art piece will be auctioned off with a live auction . There is also a silent auction taking place from 5 pm to 6;30. This is the only visual arts scholarship given to a High School student on the Southern Kenai Peninsula. . This is happening at Grace Ridge Brewing. All proceeds go directly into the Homer Foundation Ptarmigan Arts Scholarship Fund
