2023 Kachemak Bay Writers Conference keynote speaker Robin Wall Kimmerer will read from her work Saturday, May 13, at 8:00pm at the Mariner Theater. Kimmerer is an award-winning author, scientist, decorated professor, and enrolled member of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation. She has earned wide acclaim for her most recent book, Braiding Sweetgrass: Indigenous Wisdom, Scientific Knowledge, and the Teachings of Plants. This event is free and open to the public.
