Beginner Zumba w/ Maria
We're excited to have Maria SantaLucia back at the SPARC, this time teaching a Beginner Zumba class Thursdays from 1:45-2:45pm. This class is available to adults & high schoolers (14+) for $6.00 ($3 for SPARC & $3 for Maria).
Have fun dancing to a variety of music with strong Latin influences. This is a basic beginner level class, great for seniors, and anyone wanting to enjoy movement with a low impact emphasis.
