The Mariner Theater at Homer High School was filled to capacity on Sunday, January 19, 2020 for a celebration of the life of Gary Thomas. The Homer and Anchor Point Fire and Emergency and Kachemak Emergency Services crews stood at attention for the entire ceremony. Thomas's colleagues and friends sent him off with stories and remembrances.
