COVID Brief: Thurs, April 8: Vaccine appointments available

This morning on The COVID-19 Brief, Derotha Ferraro from South Peninsula Hospital, Nurse Lorne Carroll from the Alaska Department of Health and Social Services and Jenny Carroll from the City of Homer answer questions from the listeners about case counts and local trends and about available appointments for the April 17 vaccine clinic Homer High School.

Free, COVID tests are available seven days a week at SPH Testing and Vaccine Site at 4201 Bartlett Street. Call 235-0235  before you come in for a test, or if you need assistance making a vaccine appointment, or just want to speak to a COVID nurse.
