Alaska State Representative Paul Seaton of Homer joined KBBI's Carolyn Norton Friday morning, April 21st to discuss the process of negotiating an operating budget and fiscal plan.

Kathleen Gustafson came to Homer in 1999 and has been involved with KBBI since 2002. She is the producer and host of the weekly public affairs call-in show, Coffee Table and produces special projects for the station. Kathleen is also the Director of Youth Theater at Pier One Theatre in Homer and a commercial fisher.
