Homer Police Seek Information On 3-Year-Old Murder, Await Decision From District Attorney

Homer Police Department

Three years ago last week, the body of 61-year-old Mark Matthews was found in the center of Homer, off the Poopdeck Trail. Homer Police Chief Mark Robl says that after years of investigation by Homer Police Sgt. Lary Kuhns (Coons), the unsolved murder now awaits a decision by the Kenai District Attorney on whether charges can be filed. KBBI’s News Director recently talked with Robl about the case.
