Sheet Mulching Workshop (AKA "lasagna bed" gardening), In-Person
Come learn how to create garden beds without digging and without purchasing loads of soil.
You can build garden beds through sheet mulching (AKA "lagasna beds") right on top of existing lawn or other outdoor spaces by utilizing cardboard, kitchen scraps, dead leaves and other inexpensive compostable componenets. This free, in-person workshop will show you how.
Held outdoors so dress for the weather.
Taught by local permaculture gardening instructor Saskia Esslinger and hosted by Homer Soil & Water Conservation District.
