Homer Council on the Arts is accepting registrations for Art a la Carte, after-school art classes for grades 3-6. In February students will learn various painting techniques with artist and teacher Sharlene Cline. Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00-4:45 at HCOA.
