Karin Sonnen, Alaska's state rangeland specialist with USDA-NRCS, will share her extensive knowledge of managing pastures for quality feed and sustainability for many kinds of animals - horses, goats, pigs, chickens, reindeer, cows... you name it. She will discuss pasture establishment, management techniques, and rotational grazing to optimize your pasture to save costs on feed.
