HCOA Presents: Chinese Painting with Sharlene Cline, Kelp!
Participants of October’s Chinese Painting workshop will use traditional techniques of brush loading, color mixing, and careful brush strokes to create Kelp.
All skill levels are welcome and all materials will be provided.
