Explore the Geology of Kachemak Bay by Kayak on Saturday, July 29 with acclaimed Ph.D. geologist, adventurer, and author, Taz Tally as he guides you across Petersen Bay and through Halibut Cove, unveiling the unique and breathtaking geologic wonders along the coastline. There will be a class covering geology basics and kayaking at Kachemak Bay Campus on Friday, 7/28, from 5:30 to 8:30 pm, and the kayak adventure begins with a water taxi ride at 8:30 am on Saturday.
