Join artist Karyn Murphy at Kachemak Bay Campus to explore 10 deceptively simple book arts projects. Many of these begin with one sheet of paper that is transformed into a multi-faceted structure, which could be the basis for an artist's book. Students will leave class with a portfolio of works they create, and the final project will be a folding matchbox book. This class meets Saturday, November 22, 10 am to 4 pm with a break for lunch. Students should bring scissors. The instructor will provide papers and supplies to complete the projects.
