Kenyan dam collapses, killing dozens

More than 50 people have died in villages only a few miles from Kenya’s capital Nairobi after a dam collapsed. The dam failure comes after a prolonged period of powerful rain and flooding.

Climate change journalist Peter Muiruri is in Nairobi. He joins host Deepa Fernandes for the latest.
