Second batch of results push grows Vance's lead in HD31 race.

Second round of results in: Republican nominee Sarah Vance's lead grows with 78 percent of precincts reporting. Vance leads incumbent Paul Seaton by 1,254 votes.

As of Tuesday morning, the division received 2,193 early and absentee votes.
