After over two decades of Republican control, the Alaska House is now led by a Democrat-majority bipartisan coalition. Three Republicans joined the caucus: Reps. Gabrielle LeDoux of Anchorage, Louise Stutes of Kodiak and Paul Seaton of Homer. Seaton is also the new co-chair of the House Finance Committee.

KBBI Reporter Shahla Farzan sat down with Seaton to learn more about his decision to join the bipartisan caucus.
