In honor of International Day of Climate Action KBBI and Pier One Theatre proudly present Rising, an original radio play written by Brenda Dolma and produced with local talent.
Rising joins Eryn, a Climate Change Scientist and recent widow, as she wakes one morning to find that her house, supposedly situated in a water safe-zone, has flooded. As she stands on the stairs, bits of paprer fromher like float by invoking memories. As she examines each item, she moves through the stages of grief which encompass both her personal loss and fear for the fate of the rapidly changing world.
