The Homer City Council heard a legislative update from Rep. Sarah Vance and passed multiple items during its meeting last night. Audience members can take a trip down the rabbit hole as the Seward High School Theatre Collective puts on performances of “Alice in Wonderland.” For the first time, money from ticket sales and revenue coming in from passengers using the Alaska Marine Highway System will be used to fund ferry and marine highway projects across the state.
