Robert Walsh

Host, Set Net and Drifter's Escape

Robert Walsh is a multi-media artist who approaches radio programming as song-sculpture.  He's been a music DJ for over thirty years, and still thinks it's a lot of fun.

Robert began his radio life at KRBD in Ketchikan in 1990, and since 2000 has hosted shows at KBBI, including "The Wheel" and "Paradigm Shift."  These days you can catch him from 1 to 3 PM on Thursdays for "SetNet."

Robert lives with his family and various other animals outside of Homer on their don't-you-dare-call-it-a-hobby-farm.

  • Each week, Robert collects a mix of tracks that might be as old as the hills or as new as this morning. Spanning genres from world, bluegrass, folk and funk, to rock, cajun, blues and country (with lots of surprises in between). Get set for a listening feast that will satisfy your musical appetite!
