Two seats on the Homer City Council are in contention for the October 1, 2019 municipal election. The seats are currently held by Shelly Erickson and Tom Stroozas, who were elected in 2016. Both Erickson and Stroozas have filed for reelection. There are two new candidates for Homer City Council. Joey Evensen and Storm Hansen.
