Comments can be made by emailing Alvarez at monica.alvarez@alaska.gov or by faxing comments to 907-269-8915. The Kachemak Bay State Park Citizen Advisory Board also meets Wednesday evening at the Alaska Islands and Ocean Visitor Center. The meeting begins at 5:30 p.m.
