Mardi Gras Vibes at Winter Carnival Parade

     The Homer Winter Carnival came and went this past weekend. An annual Homer tradition for the past 59 years, the highlight of the carnival is the parade that runs down Pioneer Avenue. If you happened to miss it, than here’s what you might have heard.
